BBB of Southwest Missouri along with the entire BBB system, has added a new feature which allows for Reliability Reports accessed on the Internet to be translated into 34 languages other than English.
Web based BBB Reliability Reports across the country now have a Google Translate option which allows consumers to select the language of their choice.
"By adding this feature to our Web reports, we are able to ensure our information can be reached by the many different languages spoken by consumers doing business in Southwest Missouri with its increasing diversity," said Judy Mills, president and CEO of BBB of Southwest Missouri.
Languages available for Web translation include:

In addition to allowing consumers to translate Web based Reliability Reports, Spanish speaking consumers visiting www.bbb.org and www.southwestmissouri.bbb.org can access a new page linking them to Spanish written monthly tips articles, press releases, videos and FTC sponsored articles. This information can be accessed by clicking the Espanol link at the top of the main page.
