(October 12, 2012 - Springfield, Mo.) Better Business Bureau in Southwest Missouri is accepting nominations for its 2013 Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics.
Nominate a for-profit company that exemplifies excellent customer service and high marketplace ethical standards for this prestigious award. Nominations will be accepted through October 20.
Companies nominated for the award will receive an application packet to be submitted and judged with the winners announced at our event in 2013. Entries are judged on the following criteria:
- Excellence in Customer Care
- Marketplace Excellence
- Advancing Marketplace Trust
- Consumer Leadership
